Welcome to Prague Airport Chauffeur (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, including airport transfers, chauffeur rides, tours, and related offerings. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Definitions

  • “Services”: Refers to all products and services provided by Prague Airport Chauffeur, including but not limited to airport transfers, private tours, and hourly chauffeur hires.

  • “Client” or “you”: Any individual or entity purchasing, using, or inquiring about the Services.

2. Booking & Reservations

  1. Booking Confirmation

    • All bookings are subject to availability.

    • A booking is confirmed once we send you a confirmation email or message detailing your pickup time, location, and other relevant details.

  2. Payment

    • We accept payment in cash (CZK or EUR), credit/debit card (arranged in advance), or via bank transfer (for corporate or pre-booked services).

    • Full or partial payment may be required before service commences, depending on the arrangement.

  3. Changes & Cancellations

    • Client-Initiated Changes: If you wish to alter the pickup time or location, please contact us as soon as possible. We will accommodate changes where feasible but cannot guarantee availability.

    • Cancellations: Canceling a booking may incur a fee depending on the timeframe. In most cases, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time incur no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

    • Company-Initiated Changes: We reserve the right to modify or cancel a booking if circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, road closures) prevent us from providing the service safely or effectively.

3. Service Provision

  1. Driver & Vehicle

    • We will endeavor to supply the class of vehicle and driver requested. However, we may substitute a similar vehicle in case of unforeseen maintenance or driver unavailability.

    • Drivers are licensed, insured, and trained to provide a courteous and safe experience.

  2. Flight Monitoring

    • For airport pickups, we track flight arrivals to adjust your pickup time if there are delays. This service is provided at no additional cost, but the Client must provide accurate flight information.

  3. Wait Times

    • For airport transfers, we include a reasonable waiting period (e.g., up to 60 minutes after the scheduled arrival). Additional waiting time may be charged at an hourly or per-minute rate if significant delays occur without prior notice.

  4. Child Seats & Special Requests

    • Upon request, we provide child seats at no extra charge. Please inform us of specific needs during booking.

    • Other special requests (e.g., flowers, drinks) should be communicated in advance. Additional fees may apply.

  5. Conduct & Safety

    • Clients are responsible for their own conduct during the ride. We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service if a Client’s behavior poses a safety risk or causes significant disruption.

    • Smoking, consumption of illegal substances, or excessive intoxication is not permitted in our vehicles.

4. Pricing & Additional Charges

  1. Quoted Rates

    • All quotes or advertised prices include the cost of the vehicle, driver, and fuel (within the agreed mileage).

    • Tolls, parking fees, or other surcharges may apply if not explicitly included in the quote.

  2. Extra Hours or Mileage

    • If you exceed the contracted time or mileage, additional charges may apply. These will be disclosed whenever possible.

  3. Currency & Taxes

    • Prices may be quoted in CZK or EUR. Any applicable taxes or fees will be clearly stated.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

  1. Limitation of Liability

    • We strive to provide safe, timely, and comfortable transport. However, Prague Airport Chauffeur shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, accidents, or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., traffic jams, weather, natural disasters).

  2. Travel Insurance

    • We carry the required vehicle and public liability insurance. However, personal travel insurance is recommended for unforeseen circumstances, especially for longer intercity rides.

  3. Third-Party Links & Services

    • Our website may include links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these sites.

6. Privacy

  • Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described therein.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  1. Governing Law

    • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  2. Dispute Resolution

    • Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If unresolved, they shall be submitted to the courts of the Czech Republic having jurisdiction over such matters.

8. Amendments

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our Services after any updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
