How do I book a transfer or service?

Booking is quick and straightforward. You can reserve your ride online through our website’s booking form, send us an email with your travel details, or call/WhatsApp us directly. Once we have all the necessary information (pickup/drop-off locations, flight details, date, time, and any special requests), we will confirm your reservation and send you a booking confirmation by email.

Do you monitor flight arrivals for airport pickups?

Yes. We use real-time flight tracking to stay updated on any delays, cancellations, or schedule changes. Even if your flight arrives earlier or later than planned, your chauffeur will adjust the pickup time accordingly and be there when you land.

How will I find my chauffeur at the airport?

Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name and our company logo. We also provide the driver’s contact details before your trip, so you can call or message if you have trouble locating each other.

Do you provide child seats?

Absolutely. We offer child seats (infant, toddler, and booster) at no extra charge. Simply let us know the ages of your children when booking, and we’ll have the appropriate seats ready for you.

Can I make special requests, like champagne, flowers, or other extras?

Yes. We’re happy to accommodate extras such as beverages (beer, wine, champagne, soft drinks), flowers (bouquet or single rose), or even public transport tickets for when you arrive. If there’s something special you’d like, just mention it during booking, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Generally, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time incur no charges. However, same-day or last-minute cancellations may incur a fee. The exact policy might vary for multi-day or long-distance transfers, so please refer to your booking terms or contact us for details.

Do you offer transfers outside Prague or to other countries?

Yes. We provide intercity and international transfers to a range of popular destinations, such as Kutná Hora, Terezín, Brno, Dresden, Vienna, and more. If your destination isn’t listed on our website, just get in touch; we’re happy to arrange custom routes whenever possible.

Can I book an hourly service for business meetings or events?

Yes. We offer hourly chauffeur hire, which is perfect for business travelers who need flexible and reliable transportation throughout the day. Simply tell us how many hours you need, and we’ll assign a professional driver to stay with you for that duration, helping you travel to meetings, conferences, or events efficiently.

What if I need a last-minute booking or change to my reservation?

We do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings and changes, subject to vehicle availability. If you need to make modifications, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp as soon as possible. Our team will work with you to adjust your reservation accordingly.

How far in advance should I book?

It’s always best to book as soon as your travel plans are confirmed to guarantee availability — especially during peak travel seasons or for larger vehicles. However, we can sometimes accommodate same-day or short-notice requests, so feel free to reach out if you find yourself in need of a ride at the last minute.
